South Africa to Host CAAST-Net Plus Annual Meeting

CAAST-Net Plus partners and invited stakeholders will gather this May in Johannesburg, South Africa, for the project's third annual meeting. A review of the project’s progress, challenges, and a way forward on EU-Africa STI collaboration in health, climate change, and food security will be the main focus of the discussion. In conjunction with the ACU-SARIMA conference, CAAST-Net Plus will also host a joint session with DFID-funded project, Development Research Uptake in Sub-Saharan Africa (DRUSSA), on the relationships between university research partnerships, responsible leadership, the policy environment, policy uptake and the contribution of the private sector for solutions to global challenges.
