CAAST-Net Plus partners, Uganda’s National Council for Science and Technology and the UNEP DTU Partnership, are currently organising a workshop on capacities for applied research into human health and climate change. Its objectives are to identify research priorities and challenges in applied research in climate change and human health, explore avenues for accessing appropriate sources of funds, and to discuss and refine research proposals within the field of climate change for human health.

The workshop is open to qualified academic researchers with a maximum of 5 years post-doc experience, or post-graduate researchers with a completed Master’s degree who have practical experience in the area of human health and climate change.

Researchers are encouraged to express their interest by 17 February 2017, by completing the template indicated on the advert and sending an email to Thomas Larsen at thelar[at]dtu.dk.
