According to the report, it provides a "summary of funding and collaboration opportunities for African and European researchers and technology and business developers working in the area of climate change and sustainable energy regarding the opportunities for funding from various sources within the Africa-EU science, technology and innovation space". The content expresses the conversation that took place at the Africa-EU High Level Policy Dialogue stakeholder forum in October 2017, in Belgium.
