Researchers from Finnish-based institutions are encouraged to apply for funding to attend the 2014 IST-Africa conference. Grants are intended to enable researchers either actively involved or scoping African collaborative projects on ICT, innovation, and e-Infrastructures to form networks. [Image credit: IST-Africa]

Grants are provided by FinCEAL, a project of the Finnish University Partnership for International Development aimed at building stronger linkages between Finnish universities and Latin American, Caribbean, and African partners.

The IST-Africa conference takes place in Mauritius between 6 and 9 May 2014.

The deadline for funding applications is 31 March 2014.
