Trainers Wanted to Run Pilot Courses on Sustainable Energy Use in Agriculture in East Africa

The German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) is calling for tenders under its programme Powering Agriculture – Sustainable Energy in the Food Sector. Interested institutes from Ethiopia, South Africa, Swaziland, Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda are invited to propose training programmes that reduce greenhouse gas emissions in agriculture and food production through energy efficiency measures. Project partners have been working together since 2012 to develop new solutions to insecticide resistant mosquitoes.
